Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that arrive defective or damaged. Due to the freight nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. To initiate a return, contact support@monarchmercantile.co with your order number and photos of the defect. All items carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
